FBoS Training Preston

First Bike on Scene is a nationally approved course offering essential lifesaving skills to motorcyclists.  M.A.D. First Aid deliver FBoS Training Preston.

The FBoS Training Preston course has been specifically designed to provide the knowledge and skills, to bikers, which are needed to deal with the initial management of a patient involved in a road traffic incident (motorcycle collision or crash).

Bikers will be encouraged to give casualties the necessary basic life support in the event of an incident whilst waiting for emergency services to arrive.

The course is aimed at bikers who wish to learn a skill that could help save a life and it is delivered in an informal manner with continuous assessment throughout the day.

Your course will be delivered by HCPC Registered Paramedics who have a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with this area of expertise.

More about FBoS Training Preston

The First Bike on Scene qualification is for those already motorcycling, those preparing to, or those that work within an industry which involves motorcycles/motorcyclists who wish to become a First Aid responder.  Subjects covered include mechanics of injury, scene management, extraction, basic life support, log roll and safe helmet removal.

This qualification takes a full day to complete.

This qualification is assessed via practical demonstration, assignment and/or multiple choice exam and oral questioning.

Learners to be aged 16+.

Upon successfully passing this course, learners receive a recognised qualification. This course is approved by The Quality Casualty Care Alliance and is valid for 3 years.
